About the Role

As a Talent Consultant/Talent Analyst, you will be a member of the Operations and Client Success team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts as well as helping the business win new clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering on searches: You will be responsible for running 5 to 7 mandates yourself at any given point in time. These roles will be mid to senior level in nature or may be of a niche nature Eg. A Food Scientist at a leading Food and Beverage company.
  • Client success and key accounts: You will be responsible for maintaining a repeat business rate of 50% at any given point in time - this will include extensive client management for roles you run and also exploring opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients. 
  • Improving operational processes: As an integral part of a startup, you would be expected to help us in improving existing processes and systems as we scale up and work with cross-functional teams such as product, tech and customer support teams to contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.


Does this Sound Like You?

Must Haves:

  • You have 2+ years of experience with recruitment and especially hiring senior-level talent. OR you have 2+ years of experience in market research and related fields. This could be for any function or industry. This could be for any function or industry.
  • You have experience in managing and interacting with clients directly.
  • You are an excellent communicator in both verbal and written English.
  • You have previous experience in managing a team (applicable for the team lead role).

Preferred:

  • Past experience in hiring for tech roles is strongly preferred.
  • Past experience hiring internationally would be a strong plus too.
  • Experience in new client acquisition/business development.
