Who is the India Senior Operations Manager at Sistema.bio

India TechOps Manager is a leadership role in which you will be responsible for managing Technical operations in India by managing project managers, supervisors and technicians. You will manage and train the team to install and service biodigesters according to the global quality standards of Sistema.bio with a central focus on increasing consumer experience and satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Translate commercial requirements into operational plans.
• Build and Manage pan India Teams to match operational plans.
• Oversee weekly and monthly work plans for all Project Managers and supervisors to ensure product installation and service happens within time.
• Track delays and bottlenecks on a daily basis and solve them on the go to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure 100% quality and work process compliance by tech managers and supervisors. 
• Train tech team to strive for the highest order of customer satisfaction with their technical and communication skills.
• Manage logistics to support execution.
• Manage service teams to resolve customer complaints to drive farmers products adoption.
• Ensure proper data management on company’s software applications such as TARO, Salesforce, etc.
• Track costs and other resources for various teams and projects.

• You are an Engineer with a post graduate degree preferably in Management with over 5 years of managing Field projects / Technical Operations.
• You have built, managed and trained a large team.
• You have technical acumen and thrive in fast pace and dynamic work environment.
• You are conversant in Hindi and English.

Location, travel and start date

You will be mainly working from the Pune office with periodic visits to the field offices or project sites. You will be required to travel 60% - 70% of the time.
