The Future of Work is now! COVID is accelerating a variety of macro-trends around the future of work, particularly around the need for both employers and professionals for flexibility, agility, digital skills and distributed/remote work arrangements. Shortlist is a global talent marketplaces seeking to connect top young professionals with the best global work opportunities, and as such, we need more help staying abreast of trends around gigs, digital work, digital upskilling, remote/distributed teams, and alternative work models. In this project, the Analyst will be working directly with Senior Leadership to identify trends, organized research and data on such trends, and create external-ready documents (blogs and/or presentations) for distribution.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, adept at internet research, a strong writer/communicator, deeply curious, and passionate about the exciting new Future of Work.
