Job description

Primary Purpose and Scope the Job 

The Human Resources Clerk will provide administrative support to the HR department by performing various tasks related to recruitment, employee benefits, record-keeping, and data entry. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of Employee Records both electronically and in hard copy for all staff of Nairobi Java House.
  • Tracking, updating and management of statutory information for all staff – NHIF, NSSF, PIN.
  • Conduct employee file audit for the entire company and update the files as required.
  • Ensure all mails are sent, received and documented appropriately.
  • Updating and sorting exit, new staff and interview assessment document files.


Job Specifications

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/Diploma in Business Management or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • A commitment to high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
