Java Foundation Coordinator

- Day to Day Operations of the projects under the foundation
- Storytelling to drive awareness and trust of the foundation
- Initiate and manage fundraising initiatives
- Reporting and measurement of foundation programs
- Lead the Coordination of school feeding program with Food for Education (FFE) and other partners
- Implement the activities identified within the strategic plan
- Lead in project fundraising activities for the Foundation and includes the project planning for the same
- Coordinate all the Foundation programs and the implementation of the work plan/ milestones, ensuring coordination and alignment among all relevant Foundation divisions and engaging institutions and other organs.
- Developing the reporting templates for BOT and Partner reports
- Timely reporting to the Java House Group, donors & partners
- Working together with the marketing team and ensuring the foundation’s visibility through PR, brand & media coverage
- Budgeting and timely reporting to the Java House Group, donors & partners
- Perform other duties as assigned
