Uwana Energy is accelerating the transition towards clean energy by connecting clean energy providers with the tools needed to scale. Our cleantech platform digitises solar installations and connects solar companies to customers, suppliers and technicians. We are growing quickly so are excited to have a rockstar join us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to resonate with our target audience.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Use insights to inform product development, marketing and growth strategies.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement and optimise for maximum ROI.
• Develop and execute SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimise campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand visibility. Distribute press releases, build relationships with media outlets, and manage media inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
