About the program

Shortlist, a Kenyan recruitment company, is working with employers to help them identify Kenyan youth (ages 18-35) to place into 5,000+ jobs such as Data Labeling, Image Annotation and Digital Customer Service, among many others.

These jobs require only basic computer skills. Further training will be provided on the job to accelerate your career.

What will I do?

Those selected will have the opportunity to create impact for tech companies around the world. Examples of projects you may work on include:

  • Labeling images and data for video games
  • Drawing boxes on images to improve self-driving vehicles
  • Transcribing audio and video clips
  • Analysing company reviews and grading the satisfaction of customers
  • Reading and inputting box scores from sports matches
