Team Lead - Recruitment Operations

Job description

As a Team Lead, you will be a member of the Operations and Client Success team responsible for managing a team and a portfolio of key client accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering on high stake searches: 
    You will be responsible for running 3 to 4 mandates yourself at any given point in time. These roles will be at a higher salary level (Executive Searches)or maybe of a niche nature Eg. A Food Scientist at a leading Food and Beverage company.

  • Team management: 
    You will be leading a team of about 2 -3 Talent Analysts/Consultants. This part will include team training, supporting them with challenges on their own hiring mandates, managing team priorities and client interventions etc.

  • Client success and key accounts: 
    You will be responsible for maintaining a repeat business rate of 50% at any given point in time - this will include extensive client management for roles you run and those run by your team. A key part of the role is also exploring opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients. 

  • Improving operational processes: 
    As an integral part of a startup, you would be expected to spend time on improving existing processes and systems as we scale up and work with cross functional teams such as product, tech and customer support teams to contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.

Must Haves:
  • You have at least 3+ years of experience with recruitment and hiring. This could be for any function or industries. Hiring for senior-level talent would be a big plus.
  • You have experience managing and interacting with clients directly.
  • You have previous experience managing a team.
  • You are an excellent communicator in both verbal and written English.
  • Past experience in hiring for tech. roles is strongly preferred.
