Who is the Marketing and Communications Fellow at Sistema.bio?

Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for building Sistema.bio brand in Kenya by assisting in the marketing-communication plan execution.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Negotiating best price and quality for marketing collaterals and tracking inventory.
  • Equipping all teams in the office and field to be brand ambassadors.
  • Representing Sistema.bio in events to generating leads & increasing brand awareness.
  • Conducting and consolidating market research through fieldwork with teams and different customer segments to improve USPs for content creation.
  • Building on social media engagement with the Sistema.bio community (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Reporting on social media and other marketing activity KPIs as needed.

  • You’re sociable and enjoy travelling and engaging with diverse cultures.
  • You can find the needle in the haystack (and build a house out of the hay!).
  • You are passionate about changing people’s mindset towards sustainable farming.
