Shortlist is looking to recruit a dynamic, proactive, and open-minded intern to provide support to the Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity to get your hands dirty in a fast-paced business environment while unlocking your professional potential at a growing startup that is changing the way recruitment is done in India and East Africa.

Duration: 3 months

This is a paid internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads across multiple sources through networks, internet research, and with support from external agencies.
• Assist on projects with the strategy and operations team as needed.
• Collate market research to identify possible target segments.
• Execute daily processes & standard operating procedures (example: updates on CRM).
