Who is the Operations Head at Sistema.bio?
Operations Head at Sistema.bio is a leadership role in which you will be managing Pan India project teams. You will responsible to design and successfully implement strategies to drive our Pan India projects with a central focus on increasing customer experience and satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Translate commercial requirements into operational plans.
- Design projects and budgets with the commercial team; define scope, goals, and timelines.
- Build and manage pan India teams to match operational plans.
- Build training plans for internal teams to strive for the highest customer satisfaction through their technical and communication skills.
- Build and improve operational processes and ensure 100% quality and process compliance.
- Communicate goals & timelines to Tech Managers. Monitor weekly and monthly work plans.
- Communicate project progress, challenges and opportunities to the management team.

- You are an Engineer/M.B.A with over 7 years of experience managing Operations which include customer service, installation, site/field projects.
- You have built, managed and trained a large team.
- You have technical acumen and thrive in a fast paced work environment.
- You are conversant in Hindi and English.
