Indicina is building the technology infrastructure that will power the next generation of consumer credit platforms and businesses. We are looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our team. The goal of this internship is to fill gaps in machine learning and better prepare you for a future career in Data Engineering.

As an intern, you will be working closely with a supervisor and other colleagues who will provide you with real hands-on projects and daily tasks. Interns will be able to apply classroom based knowledge to projects and gain essential workplace skills needed to be career ready. INDICINA TECHNOLOGIES is dedicated to developing successful leaders, and we strive to make this internship as realistic and informative as possible.

 Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Corporate FP&A: Be part of the team that drives business planning and financial forecasting activities; provide critical reporting and analytics to Senior Management; work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
  • Finance Integration & Architecture (FIA): Support the finance team to architect and operationalize new financial models and enterprise projects for Juniper; Support finance diligence and post-merger integration on acquisitions
  • Pricing: Provide analyses support for pricing guidelines, new business models, commercial term constructs on strategic deals, and list price setting; Market research and competitive analysis
  • Treasury: Support various capital markets and corporate finance activities, such as managing financial risk, executing our cash and investment strategies, and implementing our capital return program

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • The ideal candidate will be an MBA student with a concentration in Finance and 2-3 years full-time work experience in finance (preferably investment banking/strategy consulting).
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  •  A strong understanding of financial reports, analytical methods, and financial data tools is preferred.
  • Possess intermediate-high proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Access, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong demonstrated analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to adapt and apply a variety of analytical approaches, logically structure analysis of complex issues, and develop creative solutions to business, financial, and operational challenges.
  • Ability to motivate, take initiative, and manage stress while operating within a team environment.
  • ICAN/ACCA qualifications is a plus
