Zembo is built on the principles of self-organised management, also known as a Teal organisation. It offers a motivating and dynamic environment in which you can be creative and thrive. As the country operations leader, you will be the coach and coordinator of a growing team and organisation. You will have the responsibility and autonomy to shape a young company managing hundreds of electric motorcycles and a few service stations, to a well-recognised brand operating thousands of motorcycles and hundreds of stations.
This role will always offer opportunities to solve problems and constantly find solutions to challenges that would have to be met by a self-starter.
A large part of this role also includes empowering the Zembo team and supporting their initiatives and projects. Success in this role will come with a competitive salary and an equity stake as well.
