Repair Services Assistant

BURN is looking for a Repair Services Assistant who will report to the Repair Services Coordinator, the Repair Services Assistant will offer support in executing warranty repair service functions at the Ruiru Factory.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Warranty Repairs
§ Supporting walk-in customers at Ruiru factory on their warranty claims and repairs
§ Issuing parts to use for in-house repairs
§ Taking pictures of failed parts and updating warranty return pictures folder
§ Reporting repairs and updating factory repairs worksheet
§ Packaging and dispatching repaired stoves
2. Warranty Inventory
§ Conducting Weekly stock take for Service Stations
§ Assisting in packing and dispatching of warranty parts to stations and other countries
§ Updating warranty dispatch sheet
§ Assisting with ERP processes for inventory control
Education and Experience:
§ Diploma in related field
§ 1-2 years’ relevant work experience
Required Skill
§ Microsoft Office skills
§ Team player
§ Attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
