Regen Organics is an industry leader based in Nairobi, Kenya. We undertake three exciting lines of work.
● We provide safe, sustainable sanitation services to residents living in urban informal settlements of Nairobi and Kisumu using end-to-end non-sewered sanitation solutions.
● We implement a circular economy model to sustainably manage sanitation and organic waste generated in cities. Using technologies developed in-house, we upcycle the waste into insect-based protein for animal feed, organic fertilizer, and biomass fuel. We operate the largest organic recycling plant in East Africa.
● We partner with cities to develop and deliver safe sanitation and waste management for urban residents. Using a systematic methodology, we match cities’ sanitation and waste management needs with technology and service delivery models, and then offer clear guidance on the steps that governments, funders, service providers, and technology developers can take to develop and implement integrated service delivery systems.

A sales associate is often the first touchpoint potential customers have with a company, providing valuable experience. Not only do you get hands-on experience selling directly to consumers, but you have the opportunity to represent your company and gain valuable knowledge about its products and services.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
● Valid motorbike driver’s license.
● Technical Degree/diploma in Agriculture (BSc. in Horticulture or similar) with Agricultural sales experience.
● High level of motivation and entrepreneurial drive.
● Interest in learning in-depth about a new industry, new product category, new sales process, and everything else that’s needed.
● Desire to learn, constantly improve, and act on feedback.
● Creativity when problem-solving and excellent communication skills
● Goal-driven and self-motivated when working independently.
● Basic computer skills – MS Office, Google Apps.

Operational since 2011, Sanergy collects and treats over 50,000T of residual organics per year, and successfully sells its agri-inputs to farmers in over 40 counties in Kenya, who see improved yields and increased incomes. To meet our sales targets, we are looking for a dynamic and talented Junior Sales Manager who will be responsible for creating demand directly with medium and large-scale commercial farmers within a defined region. The role involves closing sales with farmers and directing them to collect from distributors or resellers.
