Job description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Overseeing the activities and performances of the sales team.
  2. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  3. Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
  4. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
  5. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing   trends and results.
  6. Promoting the organization and its products.
  7. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling by keeping current with supply and demand.
  8. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  9. Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
  10. Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
  11. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  12. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.        
  13. Advising sales agents and dealers on policies and standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  14. Understand the ideal customers and how the relate to the business and its products.     
  15. Design and implement sales plans that expands company’s customer base.
  16. Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing
  2. Experience in Planning and implementing sales strategies
  3. Experience in customer relationship management
  4. Dedication to providing great customer service
  5. Minimum 3 years’ experience
  6. Proven track record of positive sales and performance
  7. Experience with Microsoft word
