Job description

  • Implementation and execution of project work plans.
  • Measurement of works for final account of projects close out.
  • Quality control on site.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all regulations, statutes, standards, practices and all internal processes and procedures as per the relevant manuals and comply with all relevant external legislation and regulations with regard to compliance requirements.
  • Designing/preparation of drawings, especially Back of House drawings and external signage drawings.
  • General supervision of all works on site.
  • Financial and risk management of projects.
  • Ensuring design, plan and flow is working for a particular user/department, especially Operations department.
  • Ensuring that the Java House standards for project execution are achieved.
  • Ensuring that all projects operations are conducted within the approved OSHA regulations.
