Maintains a clean, tidy, and working counter at all times.
Assists the barista in charge in running the barista counter.
Doing the daily stock take of counter products at the end of the shift.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ensuring sufficient supply of products for sale in the counter by doing sufficient back up.
Ensuring all take-away and eat in orders are dispensed promptly according to the order docket.
Arranging the pastry case and ensuring that it is always clean.
Reconfirming of orders done on Vuka.
Controlling of wastage.
Timely closure of counter variances.
Taking care of counter machines.
Ensure countable daily stock are done correctly.
Carry out any other task as may be instructed by superiors.
