Position: Field Technician
Reports To: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the necessary after sales service and maintenance for customers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar installations.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency.
- Educate customers on the use and benefits of their solar systems.
- Keep accurate records of after sales service and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of solar systems or similar technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
