Position: Finance Manager

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for solar home systems sales. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Analyze sales data to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize costs and revenues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in renewable energy or similar sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
