Reports to: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes for the sales of solar home systems.
- Regularly track and analyze financial performance, providing detailed reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Utilize sales data to guide strategic decisions and identify business opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to optimize revenue generation and cost management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the renewable energy or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Non-negotiable Skills:
- Financial Reporting: Expertise in preparing and analyzing detailed financial reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Proven experience in developing and managing financial plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Advanced Excel: High proficiency with financial modeling, pivot tables, and other advanced Excel functions.
